In the browser print dialog set Margins: None and Scale: 100%, and turn on Background graphics. If the bottom row gets clipped, drop the scale above to 96%.
Safari: a full-size sheet is 10.5 in of cards, and Safari hands out a page box shorter than that — so each sheet spills a sliver onto a second, near-blank page and the page count doubles. Uncheck Print headers and footers in the print dialog to claw some back. Measured on this machine: Safari gives about 10.0 in, so the scale starts at 92% (9.86 in) to fit. Unchecking headers/footers may buy back the full 10.5 in — if it does, raise this to 100% for true-size cards. Chromium browsers print the full 10.5 in at 100% as-is.
That's a big run at full artwork resolution — if the tab stalls, print one generation at a time using the filters.
